Heard.

Perused the FIR and statement of victim. The victim is aged about 16 years. She herself went with accused to Dongargarh to celebrate his birthday. Accused had sexual intercourse with her. After returning to her home, she disclosed the incident to her mother and thereafter report was lodged.

It is pertinent to note that she herself went and accompanied the accused and did not complain to anybody about the act of the accused. Hence, the following order. In the result, the application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions. The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
