As per the contention of the claimants, the award is passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Wardha.

This Court, on 12/08/2022 has already granted the permission to deposit the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/-.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the original claimants/Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

Respondents No. 2 to 4 have already executed a consent in favour of respondent No.1 in view of that consent, respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation on behalf of all the respondents i.e. respondents no. 2 to 4 on due identification and verification.

Civil application is disposed of.
