On going through the reply, we are satisfied that investigation is being made by Police Station Officer, Police Station Desaiganj (Wadsa), in accordance with law. It is also seen that although much efforts have been done, so far, no sufficient evidence could be collected by the police in order to book respondent nos. 5 and 6 for the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Still, the reply further shows that the investigation is being made. We are, therefore, of the view that there is nothing more which has remained in
