For the reasons stated in the application, it is required to be allowed. Necessary corrections as per order below be carried out in judgment dated 11-12-2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 2911/2000.

ORDER

(1) The sentence starting from 'the royalty' in paragraph no. 5 and ending by word 'the same' shall be read as under :

2 caw45.15 "The royalty for 19220 brass of sand at the rate of Rs. 28/- per brass comes to Rs. 5,38,160/- cannot be charged without ascertaining the same." (2) Replace the words "one month" by the words "two months" in paragraph no. 10 in last but one line. The civil application stands disposed of.
