The orders impugned dated 24.09.2014 and 20.10.2016 have already been considered in Writ Petition No.6944 of 2017 and have been modified by an order dated 16.03.2020. This order, is related to M.A.C.P. No. 205 of 2007, which was decided along with M.A.C.P. No.276 of 2006, by a common judgment. The order dated 16.03.2020, as passed in Writ Petition No.6944 of 2017, would also govern the prayer as made in the present petition.
