For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed by the non-applicants inasmuch as reply is not filed, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed. However, this is on condition that the applicant shall deposit the amount as per the award with the Registry of this Court. 50% of the

2 caf150.14 amount shall be deposited till 13 th February, 2015 and the balance amount shall be deposited till 13 th March, 2015. There shall be ad-interim stay to the execution of the award, until further orders. If there is default on the part of the applicant to deposit any of the instalment as directed above, the ad-interim stay shall stand vacated without reference to the Court.
