By this application, petitioner is seeking permission to appear in person to conduct the election petition. 2.

I have perused two members Committee report submitted under Rule 2 of Chapter IV-A of Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 as well as undertaking tendered by the petitioner.

Also perused the averments made in the application and being satisfied that petitioner can conduct the matter in person, petitioner is permitted to appear in person to conduct the present election petition.
