This is an application for relaxing the condition that the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Police Station, Khallar, Dist. Amravati for a limited period of seven days i.e. from 14/01/2021 to 21/01/2021 as during this period there is a Gram Panchayat Elections in the State of Maharashtra. Considering the reasons, the application is allowed and the condition that the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Police Station, Khallar, Dist. Amravati is relaxed for aforementioned period The criminal application is disposed of accordingly.
