The applicant, who is original complainant of Regular Criminal Case No.16/2005 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Yavatmal, has sought directions for production of Handwritting Expert's report. Already criminal case is ceased by the learned Magistrate. The applicant can apply to concerned Magistrate for seeking Handwritting Expert's report, which would be obviously dealt with in accordance with law. In view of above, we are not inclined to pass any orders in inherent jurisdiction. Hence the criminal application stands disposed.

It is clarified that the applicant will be at liberty to approach the learned Magistrate for the reliefs claimed by him, if so advised.
