By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.3 in order dated 20.12.2023.

While releasing the present applicant on bail in Criminal Application (BA) No.550/2023 this Court has directed the applicant to report to the concerned Police Station once a month i.e. first Saturday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the condition be modified only to the extent that he shall attend the concerned Police Station on a date fixed by the trial Court for the trial.

Learned APP strongly opposed for the same and requested for rejection of the application. 4.
After hearing both the sides and on perusal of the order passed by this Court, it would be appropriate to modify the condition by directing the present applicant to report to the concerned Police Station whenever the trial Court has fixed a date for his appearance and for the trial.
The application is disposed of.
