Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

The applicant is the mother-in-law of the deceased and was arrested on 10.12.2015 and is in jail since then. The allegations against the applicant are that of ill-treatment and cruelty to the daughter-in-law. But then the trial will take its own time and by this time,the investigation must have been in an advanced stage. All the family members of the applicant are in jail in Crime No. 237/2015 registered at Police Station Bhadrawati, Dist.Chandrapur for offence punishable u/ss. 306, 304B, 498A, 34 of the IPC. The applicant being a woman, aged about 57 years, deserves to be released on bail. Hence the following order:

ORDER

The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-( rupees ten thousand ) with one surety in the like amount.

18.01.ba.11.16 The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

The Application is allowed accordingly.
