By this application, applicant/respondent No.8 seeks to bring on record the order dated 17/07/2017 passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Wardha, thereby accepting the Change Report. 03.

Since, it is the order passed in the quasi judicial proceedings, the copy of Change Report annexed to the order is taken on record. Accordingly, the application is allowed and disposed of. 04.

The matter be listed for final hearing on 23rd September, 2024. Meanwhile, the appellant to remove office objections within a week, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
