Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that the applicant has given a blow of knife on the stomach of the deceased which resulted into his death. Considering the direct material available against the present applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application.
