The transfer application is filed by the wife for transferring the Marriage Application No.54/2017 from the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Khamgaon to the Family Court, Thane. During pendency of this application, the Family Court, Thane has already dissolved the marriage by consent. Pursis to that effect is filed.

In view of that, the transfer application has become infructuous. Hence, it is disposed of.
