DATE : 25.09.2025 Ms. Deshmukh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor fairly states that First Information Report bearing Crime No.1098/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, filed against nonapplicants in this case, has been quashed and set aside by this Court by an order dated 09.06.2025 vide Criminal Application (APL) No.1449/2023 and therefore, the present application has become infructuous.
