Heard Advocate Shri Bhise for the applicant. He has submitted that the co-accused, namely Karan is released on regular bail and other accused Ashish is released on anticipatory bail.

Ms. T.H. Udeshi, learned APP has strongly objected the application and submitted that the present applicant was having stick. His custodial interrogation is necessary to recover the stick.

One of the accused, namely Ashish beat the injured by fists and kicks, and there was nothing to recover from him therefore, he is released on anticipatory bail the other accused is released on regular bail. The applicant beat the injured Nashir Shah by stick, therefore, his custodial interrogation is necessary.

Hence, the application is rejected.
