This is an application for condonation of delay of 7 days, which is caused in preferring the restoration application. 2.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. She submitted that the conditional order was passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dismissing the application at the stage of registration, as the office objections were not removed within the stipulated period. She further submitted that inadvertently, the office objections were not noted by the learned Counsel and she has also not noted the dismissal order, therefore, 7 days delay is caused.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Delay of 7 days is hereby condoned. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
