-VERSUSUnion of India and others.

Office notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's Orders or directions and Registrar's orders.

Shri Alok Daga, Advocate for the Petitioner. Shri A.M. Quazi, Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 & 3. CORAM : R.K. DESHPANDE & VINAY JOSHI, JJ.

DATE : JUNE 28, 2019.

Heard.

2.

The argument is that the land available with the petitioner to run LPG Distributorship is located at Mouza Hudkeshwar (under Gram Panchayat Narsala), and therefore, the order of disqualification dated 14.11.2016, passed by respondent Hindustan Petroleum Corporation holding that the land offered by the petitioner for showroom in the application, is not located in the advertised location, is not correct. 3.

The advertised location, as we see from it,

Order 2806wp368.17 is at proper Narsala. The location was not at Hudkeshwar. This was discovered at the time of field verification. In view of this, we do not find any reason to interfere in the matter. Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
