She has submitted that younger son of deceased, namely, Sudarshan Rajkumar Tiple (respondent no. 3) is taking education in "Master of Science in cloud computing" at National College of Ireland at London and, therefore, amount is required . Looking to the submission, respondent nos. 1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw amount of compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakh only) deposited before this Court after furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).

Accordingly, application is disposed of.
