By these applications, it is prayed that the legal heirs of respondent no.2 be brought on record after condoning the delay and setting aside the abatement. In the applications, it is stated that in view of Pursis dated 24-102016 filed by respondent no.3, the applicant got knowledge about the death of respondent no.2. Though time was granted to the legal heirs to file reply, no reply has been filed on record. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the applications, the delay is condoned and the legal heirs of respondent no.2 are permitted to be brought on record.
