By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the order and decree dated 31/03/2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that principle amount is already deposited. On depositing the remaining amount i.e. accrued interest along with statutory benefits within 10 weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the decree passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
