By preferring this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order of the Special Court in Special Case No.420/2024 below Exhibit-16 rejecting the application of the present appellant for grant of anticipatory bail. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant to some extent perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that the prima facie case is made out against the present appellant. In view of the bar under Section 18, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 5.

The learned counsel seeks withdrawal of the appeal.
