DATED : 03/09/ By this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate by which the complaint filed by the complainant under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is dismissed. The compromise Pursis (St.) No. 4119/2018 dated 27/08/2018 signed by the advocate for the appellant, the respondent no. 2 and the advocate for the respondent no. 2 is placed on record stating that the matter is amicably worked out between the parties.

The advocate for the appellant states that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal, he be permitted to withdraw it.
