Reply affidavit filed by the respondent no.2 disputing factual aspect is taken on record. However, Shri Patil, learned counsel states that the duplicate copy of the service book can be made available to the petitioner free of costs within two weeks. We find that is the only prayer in the petition.

Hence, without recording any finding on disputed facts and in view of the statement made by Shri A.B.Patil,
