After hearing this application at length and upon considering the available material and impugned judgment and order, we have expressed non-inclination to exercise our discretion in suspending the execution of sentence during the pendency of appeal.

At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant seeks withdrawal with request to expedite the appeal as the applicant is already in Jail since last six years.

Having regard to above facts, application stands disposed of since withdrawn.

Having regard to the fact that the applicant is in Jail since last six years, private paper book stands dispensed with.
