By this application, the appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition,. Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority, Nagpur in Case No.1388/AMT/YTL/2019.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within ten weeks from today, the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2021 passed in Case No.1388/ AMT/YTL/2019 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 3.

On failure to deposit the amount of compensation within the above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.

The civil application is disposed of.
