Date : 3 rd December, 2015 The appellant No.2 Shri Jaswant s/o Lokumal Arya appears in person and submits that the appellant No.3, his son, is not keeping well and, therefore, is unable to appear before this Court.

Shri Sohoni, the learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the matter has been settled between the parties. The appellants, therefore, seek permission to withdraw this appeal.

Hence, the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn. The same is dismissed as such.
