After hearing learned counsel for parties and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel Shri P.D.Randive for applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. 3.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn. 4.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why the application needs rejection. JUDGE !! BRW !!
