Mr. Salil Gaidhane, the learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the challenge raised in the present Civil Revision Application has rendered infructuous as Regular Civil Suit No.34/2023 is disposed of and the matter has been amicably settled in view of the order dated 08.04.2025 passed below Exhibit-1. The copy of order is placed on record to that effect. As such, he seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application.
