By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, dated 28th October, 2014, dismissing the Original Application filed by the petitioner against the rejection of his resignation letter.

Shri G.N.Khanzode, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, by the Government Resolution dated 10th August, 2015, the resignation letter of the petitioner, dated 19.8.2013, has been accepted with effect from 30.10.2013. it is stated that the grievance of the petitioner would not survive in view of the subsequent development.

Shri D.M. Kale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has verified the statement made on behalf of the petitioner and it is admitted that by

02.09.wp.392.15 the Government Resolution, dated 120th August, 2015 , the resignation of the petitioner dated 19.8.2013 is accepted.

If that be so, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive. The order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would have no effect in view of the subsequent development in respect of the acceptance of the resignation letter.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
