DATE : 09.01.2024 Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has pointed towards a clerical mistake occurred while passing an order dated 19.12.2023 wherein the penal provisions have been incorrectly quoted. Perused the copy of FIR dated 22.02.2023. 2.

In view of the above, correction be made by inserting Sections 376(2)(n), 354-A, 294, 323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in place of the Sections mentioned in para 2 only. 3.

Necessary corrections be made forthwith.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
