FEBRUARY 03, 2025 1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent Authority has revoked the suspension order, and the only grievance remains regarding the payment of salary during the suspension period.

2) In response, Mr. Ingole, learned counsel for respondents Nos. 2 and 3, submitted that they would consider the petitioner's claim regarding salary payable to him during the suspension period and, if it is found due, are ready to pay the same to the petitioner.

3) His statement is accepted. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the petition by directing respondents No. 2 and 3 to pay the dues to the petitioner, if any are pending, within four weeks from today.
