A joint Pursis is filed vide Stamp No.14422 of 2017 by the appellant and all the respondents. The said Pursis is signed and affirmed by the appellant and all the respondents. The said Pursis is also signed by learned counsel for the respective parties.

The appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 are personally present in the Court. They are identified by their respective learned counsel. Respondent No.3 is not present since according to respondent Nos.l and 2, respondent No.3 is bedridden since he is having high fever. Both the respondents submit that they have received the amount of Rs.6,30,000/-. The copy of the Demand Draft is also placed on record along with the Pursis.

Since the parties to this second appeal have amicably settled their dispute and have arrived to the terms of settlement, the present second appeal is disposed of as per the terms of the settlement mentioned in the joint Pursis. 5.
The decree be drawn accordingly. The second appeal is disposed of.
