DATE : 19.1.2015 This is an application by the respondents 1 and 2 praying that the appeal be dismissed for not complying with the order passed by this Court on 10 th October, 2014. The prayer as made in the application is misconceived. By the order passed by this court on 10 th October, 2014 six weeks time was granted to the appellant to deposit

2 caf51.15 the amount as per the award. In this order it is recorded that if the appellant fails to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, the claimant shall be at liberty to execute the award. In view of this, the application is dismsised.
