The copy of the Government Resolution dated 21-12-2021 as well as the copy of the order of the Supreme Court passed in Writ Petition (Civil) No.23 of 2016 on 16-12-2021 are placed on record and both are collectively marked as Document 'A' for identification. 2.

The Government Resolution dated 21-12-2021 states that the State Government has taken a policy decision to grant permission for conducting bullock-cart race in the State of Maharashtra subject to certain conditions. The grievance of the petitioner is about stopping of this traditional sport of bullock-cart race. Now, this grievance is no more survived in view of the aforesaid Government Resolution. 3.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of as not survives. No costs.
