Heard Shri S.P. Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for petitioner, Shri R. Deo, learned A.S.G.I. for respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Mrs. Sirpurkar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

In terms of order dated 22.12.2014, respondent nos. 1 and 2 state that appropriate orders are passed on 09.01.2015 and its copy is handed over to the learned Counsel for petitioner today.

Order 1201wp227.14 Shri Bhandarkar, learned Counsel for petitioner states that he is not aware whether the order is served upon petitioner or not, however, it is not in dispute that the order is appealable.

In this situation, as remedy of appeal is available, we dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty to petitioner to avail the same, however, in order to avoid any confusion, it is clarified that limitation for filing of such appeal shall be computed either from today or from the date of service of said order upon the petitioner, which ever may be later.

No costs.
