This application is for condonation of 99 days' delay caused in preferring appeal against judgment dated 1/8/2019 passed by the Special Court, Akola whereby applicant came to be convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 448, 450 and 376(i)(j) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

For the grounds mentioned in para 2 of the application, delay is condoned. The application is allowed.
