Shri S.S. Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that as an alternate remedy of filing proceedings under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is available for being availed, he be permitted to withdraw the writ Petition.

Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy. The time spent in prosecuting the present proceedings can be taken into consideration, in case the petitioners seek the delay be condoned. All points are kept open.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
