Heard Shri Zinjarde, for the applicant.

Shri Rode, learned APP has strongly objected the application.

Perused the FIR from the perusal of the FIR no any sexual assault is alleged against the present applicant there is only obscene act on the part of the present applicant. The applicant is in jail from 18.12.2018. Investigation appears to be completed. Hence, the following order:

[i] The application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount on following conditions.

[a] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

[b] The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each

[c] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

[d] Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
