Learned counsel for the non-applicant submitted that the entire compensation amount is already deposited, and the amount of Rs. 2,70,000/- is already withdrawn, and now, this application is filed for seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-.

Learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- along with accrued interest, if any, on due identification and verification.
