Heard Advocate Shri Daga for the applicant. He has submitted that the report lodged on 20.03.2018. The applicant is arrested after four months. No last seen evidence. Hence, the case is based on circumstantial evidence. Learned APP Damle has strongly objected the application. One of the co-accused namely Imroddin is released on bail by the trial Court. Hence, following order. [i] The application is allowed.

[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on following conditions.

[a] The applicant shall cooperate in the investigation.

[b] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution.

[d] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

[e] The breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
