The petitioner is challenging the rejection of nomination papers from Prabhag No.1 of Gram Panchayat, Dhusar, Taluka Motala, District Buldhana. The nomination papers of the petitioner were rejected on 31.12.2020 and it was made known to the petitioner on very same day. Inspite of that, the petitioner has filed this writ petition on 07.01.2021 before this Court. The elections are to be conducted on 15.01.2021 and as per the submission of learned A.G.P., the symbols are also allotted. The petitioner was not diligent in approaching to this Court and thereby allowed to pass away precious time. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the ongoing election process.

(2) The writ petition is dismissed.
