Yesterday, i.e. on 17.11.2025, this Court passed the following order:- "By an order dated 24.09.2025, this Court has granted further time of six months to dispose of the case. However, it is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

Letter dated 06.11.2025 was received by the registry of this Court and the same is placed before this Court today.

As the time was extended on 24.09.2025 by six months that time will expire on 24.03.2026, however it appears that the concerned Court has wrongly interpreted the order dated 24.09.205. In this view of the matter, it is not necessary to pass the order on letter dated 06.11.2025.

The Registry shall immediately inform this order within two days to the concerned Court."

Today, it was brought to my notice that an order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court (Coram: Urmila Joshi-Phalke,J.) in Criminal Application (APPLN) No.74/2025, wherein at para 4, the Court passed the following order:- "4. The Trial Court shall not proceed with further proceedings in SCC Nos. 2676 and 2677 of 2015 till further order."

Under such circumstances, if the Court has passed the order that the Trial Court shall not proceed further, it is not expected from the Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Akola to send letter for extension of time. Therefore, the order passed on 17.11.2025 (Coram M.M. Nerlikar, J.) in Criminal Writ Petition No.12/2019 is hereby recalled. 5.

As this Court by an order dated 14.07.2025 has directed not to proceed with further in SCC Nos. 2676 and 2677 of 2015 till further order, so far as the letter received by Registry of this Court dated 06.11.2025, it is not necessary to pass any order on that letter.

This order be communicated to the concerned Court immediately.
