Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner

Order 1301wp225.21 restricts his prayer for disposal of the appeal filed by the Petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the appeal was filed by the Petitioner to the Secretary, Law and Judiciary in the State of Maharashtra, which ought to have been filed before the Registrar, High Court.

Be that as it may, since we are informed that the appeal has now been forwarded to the Registrar, High Court, we expect that the same is disposed of at the earliest. We therefore, dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction that the appeal filed by the Petitioner be disposed of within a period of 4 weeks from the date this order reaches the concerned Authority.
