Learned Counsel for the appellant/ applicant submitted that the appellant does not want to proceed with the present proceedings filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 and therefore, prayed to withdraw the same. In view of the submission so made, Civil Application No. 606 of 2020 is allowed. Misc. Civil Application (Arbn.) N.35 of 2019 is disposed of as withdrawn.
