By these applications, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of appeal and application for restoration of appeal. 2.

It is contended on behalf of the applicants that counsel for the applicants failed to note the date and therefore, appeal could not be attended and as soon as came to know the present applications came to be filed. 3.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay is condoned. For the same reasons, the application for restoration is also allowed subject to removal of office objections, if any, within a period of one week. Consequently, the appeal is restored to the file. 4.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
