14/09/ Present application is filed for restoration of Second Appeal Stamp No.7012/2021.

It is submitted that there was conditional order passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) for want of removal of office objections. By this order, registration was refused. Due to inadvertent mistake on the part of appellants, office objections could not removed. Immediately after noticing the order, application for restoration is filed.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned Counsel for respondent.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.

2 and 3, the application is allowed.

The order dated 09/12/2021 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside. 6.

The Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal on its original stamp number.

7.

After restoration of the same, appellants to remove office objections within two weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
