Learned counsel for appellant submitted that appellant has already deposited the entire compensation amount along with interest accrued thereon in the Land Acquisition Settlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur, vide Cheque dated 12.11.2024. Therefore, she urged for the grant of a stay to effect and the operation of the impugned judgment. 4.

In view of the above and considering the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause 1. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file Pursis in respect of the deposit of the amount in the Court within two weeks.
