Earlier petitioner has been granted furlough leave and thereafter petitioner has also been granted covid parole. It is stated by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, that presently the petitioner is still out of jail on covid parole. These facts are not in dispute. The petition has, therefore, become infructuous and stands dismissed as such.

Drafting charges of 500/- ( Five Hundred Only) (6)b (6)b be paid to the learned appointed counsel.
