The application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act filed by the applicant is allowed by the order dated 29th July, 2015. The non-applicant was represented by an Advocate. After hearing the learned Advocates for the applicant and the non-applicant, the order was passed appointing an Arbitrator and directing the parties to deposit the necessary amount/charges. This matter is listed with a note put up by the office that the non-applicant has not deposited the amount as directed by Clause (iii) of para 8 of the order passed by this Court on 29th July, 2015. None appears for the non-applicant.
